Returns Policy

RETURNS:

Hairbyhabba has strict non-returnable policy due to hygiene reasons.

 

We are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt if the item is not suitable providing the product is in its original packaging and unused condition.

 

(All products deemed faulty must be authorised by hairbyhabba within 14 days of receiving them)

 

(Please note that original postage fees and return fee charges are non-refundable by hairbyhabba)

 

Our products are packaged in such manner that allows customers reasonable opportunity to assess the product without needing to remove the product from its packaging. (Please note once the seal of packaging is broken the item will be deemed non-returnable)

 

Returns can be sent to our returns address within 14 days, please enclose a note with your name, order number and return reason.

 

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused.
